Garth A. Wilbanks, M.D., C.M. is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist with Fellowship subspecialty training in Diseases and Surgery of the Cornea. He grew up in Athens, Georgia and received his medical training at McGill University in Montreal, the University of Miami/Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, the Medical College of Georgia, and the University of Toronto. Special areas of interest include cataract and cornea surgery in adults and children; glaucoma surgery; the management of corneal diseases; diabetic eye care and laser surgery. Dr. Wilbanks enjoys spending time with his family, playing the piano, cycling, and hiking.
