From the South:

Approaching Bangor from the south

via Interstate 95, use Exit 184 (formerly 47), turning left onto Union Street

From the North:

Approaching Bangor from the north

via Interstate 95, use Exit 184 (formerly 47), turning right onto Union Street

Proceed approximately one half mile on Union Street.  Eastern Maine Eye Associates is located just past the Gulf Station on the right in the Eastern Maine Healthcare Mall.

Office Hours.  We schedule appointments Monday - Friday, from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  We will make every effort to see emergencies as soon as possible but ask that you try to phone early in the day so that we may adjust our schedule.

If you must reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.  Failure to do so prevents other patients from receiving timely care.

After Hours and Weekends.  Please phone our regular number to reach our answering service and the ophthalmologist on call for the Bangor area.

Accommodations

Out of Town Surgical Patients (more than 30 miles) are invited to stay the night after surgery, free of charge, at the Riverside Inn (check-in time is 1:00 pm).  The next morning, they will be examined by their surgeon prior to returning home.  This service must be arranged in advance.
